You lodge your entry for Galactic Draw and pay US $5 into the Galactic Draw Prize Fund by using the various methods of payment available through PayPal. You are then eligible to compete in the Galactic Draw which opens on the 1st day of each month and is drawn on the 28th of each month. The Galactic Patrol remote computer will randomly select a winner who will be paid the total prize-money held in the Galactic Draw Prize Fund, less PayPal’s usual commission. Galactic Draw Rules
